Submitting your ePortfolio

There are three main steps to completing your ePortfolio:

  1. The ePortfolio should be completed as much as possible during the semester before you graduate. While you may have to add some content during the semester of your graduation based on classes you take and projects you complete, completing it as much as possible during the semester before graduation will help make sure you stay on track and are able to have the ePortfolio reviewed and approved prior to applying for graduation.

  2. Toward the end of the semester before you graduate and once you’ve completed your ePortfolio (with the exception of anything you may need to add during your semester of graduation), schedule a time to visit one of the Academic Support Centers to have a staff member review and critique your ePortfolio. This will help ensure that your ePortfolio is on track for it to be approved by the ePortfolio Director during the semester of graduation. Having your ePortfolio reviewed late in the semester before graduation will provide you with enough time to make any changes that might be required before you submit the ePortfolio for review as a graduation requirement. 3. You must submit your completed ePortfolio for review at least one month prior to completing your application for graduation. The ePortfolio Director or his/her designee will use the Checklist and the Rubric to review your ePortfolio and approve it for graduation. Once your ePortfolio has been approved, the ePortfolio Director will email you a signed copy of the checklist. You will need to take the signed checklist with you when you see your advisor to complete your graduation application. If the ePortfolio is incomplete or contains significant errors, the ePortfolio Director will email you to let you know what needs to be changed. Then, you’ll have to re-submit your ePortfolio once you’ve made the necessary changes. Please be sure to submit your ePortfolio as early as possible, but no later than one month prior to completing your application for graduation. That way, the ePortfolio Director will have enough time to review your materials, and you’ll have enough time to make any changes that may be needed.

Prior to submitting your ePortfolio for review for graduation, please be sure you have published it in its final form, and please do not include a password.
