Phi Theta Kappa (PTK)

Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) is the international honor society of the two-year college. The organization’s purpose is to provide members with the opportunity to develop leadership skills through service, promote an intellectual climate through the exchange of ideas and ideals, for fellowship among scholars, and for the stimulation of interest in continuing academic excellence. Membership is by invitation only and is reserved for students of high academic standing. An overall GPA of 3.5 or higher, and the completion of 12 curriculum course hours is required for eligibility.
