Learn and practice yoga in a weekly 90-minute class.

The class will begin with centering, followed with warm-up movements, standing and floor postures, ending with relaxation for several minutes. This class will focus on proper alignment and safety in performing the postures.

This class can be taken repeatedly to deepen your knowledge of yoga techniques.
