Beginner's Yoga

Learn and practice yoga in a twice weekly 90 minute class. Yoga improves balance, flexibility and strength and is attainable by all ages and all levels. It promotes wellness of body and mind by allowing time to refresh, rejuvenate and relax. The class will begin with centering followed with warm up movements, standing and floor postures, ending with relaxation for several minutes. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket or beach towel. Wear comfortable clothing in order to permit movement.
