Deadline extended for Medical Assisting, Medical Lab Assisting registration

South Piedmont Community College has extended the registration deadline for its Medical Assisting diploma and Medical Laboratory Assisting certificate programs, with classes beginning Aug. 15.

Classes will be filled on a first-come basis, up until Aug. 10.

To get signed up, prospective students should apply online at www.spcc.edu, schedule a TEAS test and submit all required information to Health Admissions Technicians Joy Pope (jpope@spcc.edu, 704-272-5338) or Pam Simons (psimons@spcc.edu, 704-290-5840).
