GED might be best if:

• You have less than 15 credits from a previous high school
• You perform better testing than by completing work for grades
• You did not attend school in North Carolina
• You did not attend a school accredited by SACS

Adult High School might be best if:

• You have 15 or more credits from a previous high school
• You need only elective courses to complete your diploma
• You perform better completing work for grades than by testing
• You are interested in enlisting in the military
