About the Help Desk: 1-866-829-7031
A Moodle Help Desk is available to students enrolled in Internet courses as well as faculty of Internet courses. This 24-hours-per-day, 7-days-per-week service is available to provide assistance to Internet students who have questions about using Moodle, the software sustem used to create and operate Internet courses.
Note: Course specific questions (such as those about assignments, tests, grades, and course content) should be directed to the instructor only.

  • Telephone support with a certified Moodle support representative. The phone number is 866-829-7031 and is available 24/7/365.
  • Online chat with a support representative. This feature is accessible through the NCCCS/SPCC Knowledge Base Website (see next bullet) and is available 24/7/365.
