Parking
Parking permits are not required for students.
Visitor parking is marked "Visitor." Enrolled SPCC students and college employees should not park in visitor spaces.
Parking spaces designated "Handicapped" are reserved for those with impaired mobility. Persons using these spaces should have a Handicapped permit displayed on their vehicles.
Parking Fines
Tickets will be issued to owners of illegally parked vehicles. It is the responsibility of all students, faculty and staff to know and follow all parking regulations detailed in the Student Handbook. Click here to download the Student Handbook.
Failure to comply with parking regulations may result in a warning ticket and/or a parking citation ($5 fine).
College parking fines may be paid in the Business Office on the L.L. Polk Campus in Polkton or the Old Charlotte Highway Campus in Monroe.
If you believe you have received a parking ticket in error, you may send a letter of appeal explaining the circumstances to:
