Registration Information

Summer 2013 and Fall 2013

Semesters begin
Summer 2013, classes begin on Tuesday, May 28, 2013.
Fall 2013, classes begin on Thursday, August 15, 2013.

     

Creating Success

New Students:

New students (or returning students who did not take a class during the Spring 2013 semester) may visit us on campus to register for classes on any of the “Arena Registration” dates shown below:

Tuesday, May 21 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday, May 22 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
   
Wednesday, August 7 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursday, August 8 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday, August 9 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

NOTE: All Developmental Math, English, and Reading courses are changing to the new North Carolina courses effective Fall 2013 to help students complete these courses more quickly. You will see DMA 010 – 080 instead of MAT 060 – 080 in Math and DRE 096 – 099 instead of ENG & RED 080 – 090 in English and Reading. Student Services personnel along with Faculty Advisors will assist you in registering for the correct course. More information will be posted with the Fall schedule.

Orientation
An orientation, offered online, helps new students receive information on admissions, paying for tuition, libraries, academic counseling, advising and student government participation. New students must watch the 25-minute orientation presentation before registering.

Online registration opens for current students on Monday, April 8th. For students who need assistance with online registration, Go! Labs have been scheduled for your assistance.
