Business Office
Summer 2013 semester: The Business Office will start accepting payments for Summer 2013 semester on April 8th, 2013. NelNet Business Solutions will open their payment plan window April 8th, 2013 also. Payments are due no later than May 10th, 2013. If you register after May 10th, 2013, full payment is due at the time of registration. Students who have not made payment by May 10th, 2013 will be removed from any classes for which they have registered.
Fall 2013 semester: Due to tuition rate changes that will affect fall registration, SPCC cannot accept payments for the Fall 2013 semester until July 1st, 2013. The amount you see on your Fall 2013 semester is not accurate at this time. The business office will adjust all of the accounts once the new tuition rates have been applied. NelNet Business Solutions will open their payment plan window July 1st also. Payments are due no later than July 22nd, 2013. If you register after July 22nd, 2013, full payment is due at the time of registration using the above options. Students who have not made payment at that point will be removed from any classes for which they have registered.
Payments can be made by credit card through go.spcc.edu, or by phone by calling the SPCC Business Office at 704-272-5348 or 704-272-5358 in Polkton, or 704-290-5849 in Monroe. Additionally, payments by check – including driver’s license and phone numbers – may be mailed to SPCC, attn: Business Office, P.O. Box 126, Polkton, NC 28135; or a payment plan may be set up with NelNet Payment Solutions by clicking here or go.spcc.edu.
If you are unable to attend class, a drop form must be completed within the drop period. Please see your advisor or one of the academic counselors or use go.spcc.edu to drop or add a course.
