Adjunct Developmental Education Instructors
SPCC is seeking applications for adjunct teaching positions in reading, English, and mathematics for the 2012 spring semester. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in the subject area, master's degree preferred. A demonstrated commitment to student learning, proficiency in word processing, and a proactive problem-solving approach to meet students' needs are required. Teaching experience with academically under-prepared adults is strongly preferred. Classes are scheduled during the day and evening Monday through Thursday, at the L.L. Polk Campus in Polkton and at the Old Charlotte Highway Campus in Monroe.
