Adjunct Instructors for College Transferable Courses

SPCC is seeking adjunct instructors for online and seated classes. Classes are in the following areas: computer science, economics, accounting, English, Spanish, geography, chemistry, math, biology, music, humanities, sociology, psychology, history, physics, and communications. Requirements: Master's degree in the teaching discipline or a master's degree in a related field with 18 graduate semester hours in the specific discipline for the position. Community college teaching experience preferred. Candidates offered employment must complete MOODLE training or provide documented proof of MOODLE experience. Instructors will be required to incorporate MOODLE in all or part of their course delivery. Only candidates submitting a completed SPCC application for employment, a resume, and copies of transcripts from accredited colleges or universities will be considered. Classes are held on the Old Charlotte Highway Campus in Monroe, the L.L. Polk Campus in Polkton, or online.
