ESOL Instructor
Part-Time
The Basic Skills Department is seeking instructors to teach classes for our English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program. The ESOL program is for adult, non-native English speaking students, 18 years of age or older, learning the English language. There are classes from Beginning to Advanced level as well as Intensive Reading and Writing classes.
A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year teaching experience required. Experience working in ESOL or related field is preferred. Classes are mornings and/or evenings, Monday through Thursday at the Monroe campus and local community locations in Monroe, Wingate and Marshville. This is a part-time position.
