Graduation

Graduation is held each May for curriculum students earning a degree, diploma or certificate. Students should talk with their advisor to determine if they have met all requirements for graduation. Students who qualify must do the following:

• Submit a Graduation Application to the Registrar's/Records office
• Order your cap and gown online
• Pay graduation fees at the Business Office

Graduation fees are used for the cost of diplomas, caps and gowns, and announcements.

A 2.0 overall and program GPA is required to graduate from all SPCC programs.

Attention 2013 Graduates!

It is time to order your academic regalia (cap, gown & tassel) for graduation along with your diploma/degree cover. You also need to submit a Graduation Application to the Registrar’s / Records Office.

Your cap and gown will be shipped to the Bookstore location you select. You will pay for them at the time of pickup.

Pay for your diploma/degree cover at the Business Office.

You may also order additional graduation items such as diploma frames, rings and personalized announcements.

The deadline to submit your graduation application and to purchase your diploma/degree cover is March 28 and the deadline to order your cap and gown is March 30 for those participating in the 2013 commencement.
