Beginner's Yoga

Learn and practice yoga in a weekly 90 minute class. The class will begin with centering followed with warm up movements, standing and floor postures, ending with relaxation for several minutes. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket/beach towel as a cushion to sit on during the practice. This class will focus on proper alignment and safely doing the postures. You do not need to have completed Beginner Yoga I because different postures and sequences will be covered. Wear modest, comfortable clothing in order to permit movement. The instructor, Sarah Jensen, is a 500 hour Certified teacher in the Pranakriya tradition
