Learn and practice yoga in a weekly 90-minute class. The class will begin with centering followed with warm-up movements, standing and floor postures, ending with relaxation for several minutes. This class will focus on proper alignment and safety in performing the postures. Only $49. This class can be taken repeatedly to deepen your knowledge of yoga techniques. Wear modest, comfortable clothing in order to permit movement. The instructor, Sarah Jensen, is a 500-hour Certified Teacher in the Pranakriya Tradition.
