The Massage Therapy Clinics will be starting on April 4th and ending on June 27th. These will be held every Thursday and Friday until May 13th, then they will only be on Thursdays, as SPCC will be closed on Fridays. These clinics are open to anyone – SPCC students, employees, the general public and those over 17 years old.

The one hour massages are at 12 noon or 1:30, are in room 169, Building B, OCH, and cost $20 for the hour.
You will need to make an appointment for these.

The FREE chair massages will be from 12 noon to 2:30 and you will not need to make an appointment – just drop in to room 168, Building B, OCH.

Please call Mary Berger at 704.290.5865 to schedule an appointment.

Massage Clinic Policies:
- Please refrain from loud or excessive talking during the massage.
- Questions and concerns about the massage you received should be addressed with the clinical supervisor.
- Student evaluation forms are required to be filled out after the massage.
- The massage clinic experience requires that the one hour massage client be unclothed during the massage. You will be properly draped and privacy will be respected. Please do not request a one hour massage while fully clothed. This does not assure the student of a proper massage learning experience.
- Please bathe before your massage appointment. If you are ill, please reschedule.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your massage appointment, your massage may be canceled.
- If you must cancel your massage appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance.
- It is not always possible to accommodate your request for a specific therapist. Please realize that all students need practice and experience, regardless of age, gender or skill level.

Directions:

The campus is located on Old Charlotte Highway between Monroe and Indian Trail, across from Charlotte Plastics.
