Offices of the College and Organizational Charts

For operational efficiency, South Piedmont Community College is segmented into the following divisions:

The Senior Leadership Team is made up of the president and vice presidents of the college.

The Academic Affairs Division is responsible for the natural sciences, mathematics, English, art, communication and social sciences programs, as well as Allied Health, Nursing, Medical Assisting, Medical Sonography, Cardiovascular Sonography, Therapeutic Massage, Human Resource Development, Adult Basic Skills programs, co-op education, the libraries, Computer Technologies, Business Technologies, and Engineering Technologies programs. Joyce Long is Iterim Vice President and Chief Academic Officer of the Academic Affairs Division. (Faculty)

The Division of Student Services is responsible for services to students, including recruiting, admissions, financial aid, counseling, testing, the Registrar's Office, and Student Activities. Elaine Clodfelter is Vice President of Student Services.

The Finance and Administrative Services Division has responsibility for all business office functions, purchasing, bookstore operations, human resources, the college print shop, information services, institutional data and the upkeep of college facilities. John De Vitto is Senior Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services.

Division of Institutional Advancement and SPCC Foundation is responsible for marketing and communications, publications, the college website, the SPCC Foundation, Inc., resource development and grants. Hayne White is Vice President of Institutional Advancement and SPCC Foundation.

The Career Development & Continuing Education Division is responsible for the Apprenticeship, Small Business, Correctional Education, Corporate Training, and Corporate & Community Development programs. Also in this division are professional and vocational programs such as Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET), Fire Training, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Autobody, HVAC, Welding, Advanced Manufacturing, Computer Numerical Control (CNC), and Industrial Maintenance. Dan Merle is the Executive Director of Career Development & Continuing Education.
