REAL class has graduation ceremony

South Piedmont Community College’s REAL Small Business Class had its graduation ceremony on Monday, May 7, in the college’s Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Conference Center on the Old Charlotte Highway Campus in Monroe. NC REAL is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping bring entrepreneurship and small business creation to North Carolina. The SPCC REAL class introduces hands-on techniques and procedures for planning and opening a small business. Guest speaker was Mark Kendall, business relations manager for PNC Bank in Monroe.
