Students presented business plans at SPCC's Entrepreneurship Expo

About 25 Entrepreneurship students and Business Administration students presented business plans during SPCC’s Entrepreneurship Expo Wednesday, May 4, 2011 on the Old Charlotte Highway Campus in Monroe.

Many of the students created their plans with the goal of actually starting a business, not just as a classroom assignment.

Tristan Wallace of Waxhaw talks about his idea for Wallace Auto and Racing Soul Cafe, a combination garage and restaurant.

Thomas Shinn of Marshville mans the table for his Mama Mimi's Italian Bistro, beside Kacy Burney of Peachland and her Kacy's Place Tanning Salon.
