SPCC Holds Graduation at Brown Creek Correctional Institution

South Piedmont Community College held commencement June 29 for the 2007 college and GED graduates at Brown Creek Correctional Institution.

Associate in applied science degree graduates are Mark Calhoun, Melvin Coleman, George Daughtry, Webster Neumann and Michael Williams Sr., all in computer programming; Cory Scott, mechanical engineering technology-drafting and design; and Kynyatta Tshoina, business administration.

Graduates earning a diploma are Jezoar Resper and Josiah Van Wagner, business administration; Harvey Slade, masonry; and Matthew Wood, computer programming.

General Educational Development (GED) graduates are Nathaniel Burch, Julian Hendley, Antoine Lockhart, John Ray, Walker Singletary, Henry Sterrett and Arthur Wolbert.

Graduation marshal was Steven Charzan.
