SPCC honors scholarship winners, donors
South Piedmont Community College recognized scholarship winners for the 2011-2012 school year, as well as those donors who helped make the scholarships possible, during a luncheon on Monday, April 30, on the Old Charlotte Highway Campus.
Most of the $56,323 in scholarships awarded by SPCC were merit-based and many went to students who did not qualify for traditional federal financial aid.
