From the east (Wadesboro): Travel west on U.S. 74 to Polkton. Continue west about ¼ mile. The college will be visible on the left. Turn left onto Hornetown Road and then turn immediately left onto Ledbetter Street.
From the west (Monroe): Travel east on U.S. 74. After passing through Peachland, continue through the caution light at the Polkton-Peachland School (approximately one mile on the right). Take the next right on to Hornetown Road and then turn immediately left onto Ledbetter Street.
From the north (Albemarle): Travel south on U.S. 52 to Wadesboro. At the intersection of U.S. 74, turn right and follow U.S. 74 west to Polkton. Continue west about ¼ mile. The college will be visible on the left. Turn left onto Hornetown Road and then turn immediately left onto Ledbetter Street.
From the south (Cheraw, S.C.): Travel north on U.S. 52 to Wadesboro. At the intersection of U.S. 74, turn left and follow U.S. 74 west to Polkton. Continue west about ¼ mile. The college will be visible on the left. Turn left onto Hornetown Road and then turn immediately left onto Ledbetter Street.
* For the Whitaker Applied Technologies Center, continue on Hornetown Road past Ledbetter Street to 163 Hornetown Road, the building on the left in the curve just past the entrance to the college.

From the east (Wadesboro): Travel west on U.S. 74. Approximately a half-mile past the Poplin Place shopping center in Monroe, turn left at the first stop light onto John Moore Road. Turn right at the next stop sign onto Old Charlotte Highway. Travel almost two miles and South Piedmont Community College will be the first building on the left after the Airport Road stoplight.
From the west (Charlotte): Travel east on U.S. 74. Turn right on Rocky River Road at the first stoplight past Hanson Brick. Turn right at the next stoplight onto Old Charlotte Highway. Travel one mile. South Piedmont Community College will be the first building on the left after the Airport Road stoplight.
From the north (Concord): Travel U.S. 601 south to Monroe. Turn right onto U.S. 74 west. Approximately a half-mile past the Poplin Place shopping center in Monroe, turn left at the first stop light onto John Moore Road. Turn right at the next stop sign onto Old Charlotte Highway. From the east (Rockingham): Travel west on U.S. 74 to Wadesboro. Turn right at the fourth stoplight in Wadesboro onto North Washington Street. The Lockhart-Taylor Center is the first building on the right. Parking is available at the far end of the building.
From the west (Monroe): Travel east on U.S. 74 to Wadesboro. Turn left at the third stoplight onto North Washington Street. The Lockhart-Taylor Center is the first building on the right. Parking is available at the far end of the building.
From the north (Albemarle): Travel south on U.S. 52 to Wadesboro. At the intersection of U.S. 74, turn left. Go to the second stoplight and turn left onto North Washington Street. The Lockhart-Taylor Center is the first building on the right. Parking is available at the far end of the building.
