Destiny, a mobile classroom from the University of North Carolina’s Morehead Planetarium and Science Center, visited the Union County Early College on Wednesday, April 25. Students, working in teams of two, conducted an experiment to see if a leading sports drink contains the amount of protein that it claims. Union County Early College is located on South Piedmont Community College’s Old Charlotte Highway Campus in Monroe.
